Owners of Jeffreys Bay Luxury Apartments cannot accept responsibility for a shortage of water/gas/electricity/Wi-Fi where this is a result of drought, an act or omission of the relevant services, companies or any other reason outside their control.
Guests are responsible for all damage and must let us know of any problems or damage immediately. Guests agree to keep and leave Jeffreys Bay Luxury Apartments and its contents in the same state of repair and condition in which they found it.
Guests must not use Jeffreys Bay Luxury Apartments or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry on any act that may be a nuisance to fellow guests and neighbours.
In event of a guest not adhering to the above terms and conditions, owners of Jeffreys Bay Luxury Apartments are entitled to evict guests from the property.
